Terms and conditions for using the Betnjet Casino site
These terms cover how you use betnjet-casino.co.uk, not the player account terms you agree to when you sign up with Betnjet. By reading and browsing this site, you accept the conditions below.
Definitions
"This site", "we" and "our" mean betnjet-casino.co.uk. "You" means anyone reading or using it. "Betnjet" or "the operator" means the casino brand this site covers, reachable directly at betnjet.com. Where we describe a bonus, a limit or a wagering figure, that detail comes from Betnjet's own published terms and is provided for information only.
What this site is, and what it isn't
We publish information about Betnjet's games, payments and promotions. We do not process deposits, withdrawals or account verification, and we have no ability to alter Betnjet's decisions on your account. Any transaction you make happens directly with Betnjet, under Betnjet's own terms.
Nothing here is financial or legal advice. Figures such as wagering multipliers, deposit limits and bonus caps are stated as we understand them at the time of publication and can change on Betnjet's side without our page updating instantly.
Our content and intellectual property
Text, layout and original graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to our pages; you may not copy, scrape or republish our content for commercial use without permission. Betnjet's own logos and trademarks belong to Betnjet.
What we expect from you
You must be 18+ to use this site, and you must use it lawfully. That means no attempt to disrupt the site, no scraping our content at scale, and no using the site to promote gambling to anyone under 18 or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted.
- Use the site for personal, non-commercial reference.
- Do not attempt to bypass security measures or automated access controls.
- Do not misrepresent yourself as affiliated with us or with Betnjet.
- Follow the age and residency rules that apply to gambling in your own country.
Limits on our liability
We take care to keep bonus figures, payment limits and game information accurate, but we cannot guarantee every detail matches Betnjet's live terms at the exact moment you read this page. We accept no liability for losses arising from your use of Betnjet's casino, from a bet you place, or from a decision Betnjet makes about your account.
Where a wagering figure, deposit minimum or cap is stated on this site, always check it against Betnjet's own terms before you rely on it for a deposit or a withdrawal.
Links to Betnjet and other third parties
Links from this site take you to Betnjet's own platform, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Once you leave our pages, Betnjet's terms, privacy practices and support channels apply, not ours.
Data protection
How we collect and use data from your visit to this site is set out in our privacy policy, not here. That page covers cookies, contact-form data and your rights under UK GDPR.
Minimum age
This site and the content it describes are for adults only. You confirm you are 18+ when you use betnjet-casino.co.uk or follow a link to Betnjet from here.
Service availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control can take pages offline temporarily, and we're not liable for any inconvenience that causes.
Responsible gambling
If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, help is free and confidential. Contact GamCare on the National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7), or visit BeGambleAware. GamStop lets you self-exclude from all UK-licensed gambling sites at once.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or Betnjet's own offer changes. The version live on this page is the one that applies, so check back if you're using the site regularly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about the use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of its courts.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply as written.
